Support:
Response time will be within 1 hour. We will notify the caller depending on the issue if this needs to be a scheduled service call. A notice will be provided on all closed issues to the customer at the completion of the call.

Training:
All requests for training will need to be scheduled to a mutually agreed upon time and length of session. All training will have a predetermined outline of what will be trained. Please contact us using the contact page.

  Additional Services
All additional service requests  must be initiated by contacting RSIOB (Phone or email) using our Contact Us page information: i.e. Custom Programming, Consulting etc.

Seller does not warrant that any or all problems, errors, malfunctions and defects can or will be corrected through this Agreement. ALL CORRECTIONS, INFORMATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMIITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Seller shall not be liable for any damages resulting from or relating to the services performed under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any loss of data or software, inability of Seller to correct any errors, problems, malfunctions and defects, or delay of Seller in performing any services under this Agreement. In no event shall Seller be liable to Customer for any indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to this Agreement, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility thereof or knew or should have known thereof. Seller’s liability hereunder, if any, shall in no event exceed the total price paid for the support call.
