                                                                John Boudreau

John has over 18 years of computer technology support experience. His extensive background in this area includes: Manager of the Desktop Support group at Tufts Health Plan with over 3000 customers. Manager of the Help Desk and Desktop Support groups at Pegasus Satellite Television. John also was the Technical Support Desk Manager for J.D. Associates, one of the largest Retail Pro Business Partners nationally, where he supported 400 + customers with  all versions of Retail Pro, which also included  installing and monitoring off site backups and  Virtual Technician software. He has extensive knowledge of the continuing integration of hardware and software and is a leader in this field.


                                                              Charles Wood

Charlie has been involved with computer technology and the retail vertical for over 19 years.  He has provided the planning, support and training required to assist retailers with the convergence of technology and retail software. Charlie has an extensive knowledge of Planning, Merchandising, buying and store operations as well as substantial technical knowledge regarding computer systems, databases, and the "how to" to maximize integrated retail technological solutions. Over those years, he has worked for multiple Retail Pro Business Partners including; J.D Associates: as the Training Director, and One Step Retail Solutions: as the Director of Technical Services responsible for the company's national technical support center and the retail consulting team.
